Terms of Use

By using this page you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please stop using it.

Purpose

This page provides general information about the ThePokies brand and the search phrase thepokie net. It is an internal marketing-team test build, is not the operator, and does not offer gambling.

Supplied information

Bonus, payment, game and licence details are supplied brand information and have not been independently verified. They may be outdated or wrong. Always confirm terms with the operator before acting on them.

Eligibility and legality

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for knowing whether online gambling is lawful where you live. ACMA has blocked thepokies.net in Australia, and nothing here is encouragement to bypass that block.

Demo content

The mini-slot, winner board, counters, reviews and comments are internal sample content. The slot is free, has no monetary value and uses an internal 70% win rate. Demo rewards cannot be redeemed.

No warranties

The page is provided as is. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability or fitness for any purpose, and we are not liable for decisions made using it.

Intellectual property

Placeholder images are stand-ins and will be replaced. Brand names belong to their owners.
